Down by the lake

Sebastian took to the water like ... well, like the hunting dog he is. Every time we go down to the lake I throw the stick as far as I can, and Bas rushes in after it. He swims out in that powerful, frenzied way of his: head and chest held high out of the water (for he still hates getting his head wet), his strong legs pushing him along with much splashing and thrashing, howling at the stick floating ahead of him...
